SRGC GROUPS ("SRGC", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through srgcgroups.com and related communications, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and other applicable laws.

1. Who we are

SRGC GROUPS is a partnership firm providing business consulting, talent and recruitment services. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, we are the "Data Fiduciary" for the personal data described here.

2. What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, company, email, phone number, the service you're interested in and your message.
• Careers form: your name, contact details, city, sector, experience, job details, LinkedIn profile, CV and any other information you choose to share.
• Direct contact: details you share when you email, call or message us on WhatsApp.
• Employees and deployed staff: information needed to employ you, such as identity, bank and statutory details. This is collected separately during onboarding.
• Technical data: our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and send proposals or information you've asked for.
• To assess job applications and match candidates with suitable roles at our clients.
• To provide our services, including recruitment, deployment and payroll.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
• To keep our website secure and prevent misuse.

We process your data based on your consent (for example, when you submit a form) or for other lawful purposes allowed under the DPDP Act, such as complying with the law. We only collect what we need.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed:

• Client organisations: for candidates, we share your profile with potential employers only for roles relevant to you.
• Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host and form provider (Netlify), our email provider, and payroll or accounting tools. They may store data on servers outside India, as allowed by law.
• Government authorities, where required by law.

Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, photos from Unsplash, and maps from Google Maps, which means your browser connects to their servers. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, which follows its own privacy policy.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Enquiry details and candidate profiles are normally deleted within three years of our last contact with you, unless we have an ongoing relationship or the law requires us to keep them longer (for example, tax and employment records).

We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access controls and trusted service providers. No method is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a personal data breach where the law requires.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• ask us to correct, complete, update or delete your personal data;
• withdraw your consent at any time (this doesn't affect processing already done);
• have your grievances addressed; and
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity.

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared data with us, please contact us and we'll delete it.
